An-nisa

It means “the women” in Arabic, and is an original documentary series produced, filmed, and edited entirely by myself.

I created this three-part documentary series to shine a spotlight on the diversity and talent of British Muslim women. As a Muslim woman myself, I believe our voices are too often ignored or misrepresented and I want to change that.

The series launched in June 2024 and received 50,000 views across all social platforms in its first month.
